Stephenson Way

Stephenson Way Nursery is purpose-built and opened in September 2010. Located just a short walk from the Town Centre, the nursery features exceptional indoor and outdoor spaces and a wide range of engaging play equipment. Here we are open in term time, from 8am-6pm and offer day care facilities for 0-4 year olds.
We create a safe and playful environment where children are encouraged to explore and learn through engaging activities that promote creativity, social skills, and independence. We help children build imagination, grow friendships and explore the world at their own pace. Together with parents, we support each child's growth, helping them become confident, inquisitive learners, ready to embrace the world around them.
The nursery has disabled access and is rated 'Good' by Ofsted - you can view the Ofsted report by clicking here.

I have a level 3 in Childcare and Education and level 4 in Special Education Needs.
I have been in childcare for 20 years now and the best part of my job is that I get to help children thrive in their own way, tailoring their learning through play.
I also love to get messy, so bring plenty of spare clothes!
