Our Story

Established in 1999 by John Newbould, our story began with a nursery attached to his home in Rushyford. As a father of four, John understood the importance of a busy family life and the need for high-quality educational childcare. His vision led to the creation of the very first nursery— which moved to Cobblers Hall in 2011.

Now a family of three nurseries and overseen by Area Manager Louise, we continue to evolve and offer a safe and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and flourish.

As we approach our 26th year in business, John is stepping back from the day-to-day operations, passing the torch to his daughter, Lou. Lou is continuing the hard work to ensure that every child’s experience remains exceptional.

Although John is retiring, he’s not slowing down! In fact, he’s taking on the exciting role of project managing our new nursery, which is set to open in 2025! We’re proud of our history and excited for our future, where each child’s journey remains central to everything we do.
